but all changes are in response to concerns & comments from adjudicators, performers and audience.

· Etiquette in Halls
Would speech teachers also please note, that although there are set books for the poetry speaking a copy of the chosen piece must be handed to the steward prior to the class commencing (as per the rules). A list of page numbers from the books will no longer suffice.
School Choir entries:
We have been lucky to have secured a grant towards transport. If you wish to be considered for a grant, please complete and return the application form with your schools entry.

THE HEREFORDSHIRE FESTIVAL is self-financing. It has been organised for its 77 years by Herefordshire Community Council, a registered charity and a voluntary organisation, which receives no core funding. The organising committee are all volunteers and acknowledge with gratitude the grant aid given local sponsors.
If you, or somebody you know, would like to sponsor a class, it would be greatly appreciated and your name would appear in our programme.
